"Hi, my name is Lauren. Today I'm here to discuss how to cure itchy scalp with dandruff. If you are suffering dandruff, one of the first things that you want to do is see what time of the year it is. If it's the summer and you are working a lot within the sun or your hair, head, scalp has been exposed to the sun, you want to make sure that it's not sunburn. Some people mistakes sunburn in the itchiness of sunburn for it being dandruff. You do want to make sure you are taking precautions through the summer months when the sun is a little bit stronger and you're wearing a hat. If you are wearing a hat and taking precautions against the sun and you are still experiencing dandruff and itchy scalp, there are few things that you can do. One of them is to get an anti dandruff shampoo. Anti dandruff shampoos are, have one percent Pyrithione Zinc in them which helps aid in preventing your hair from flaking and your scalp from flaking. They also, you can also find Tar and Selenium Sulfides within them. That will actually act as a cooling agent to your scalp and it will help prevent your hair from flaking. Another good thing that you can do is use garlic and oregano. Garlic and oregano will help your hair with, in actually balancing out your pH. You can actually use either equal quantities of both. I would suggest maybe boiling them in water and then using the waters as more of a rinse after it cools. You can also use olive oil with a little bit of crushed rosemary and it, if you mix them up really well and you apply them to your scalp and hair, it will help you with the itchy scalp because it will relieve the itch and also prevent, help you clear up any dandruff that you have. And that is how to cure dandruff and itchy scalp."
