"Hi my name is Lauren and today I am here to discuss how to make hair thicker. Pattern baldness, male pattern baldness or any people just losing hair is a difficult thing to deal with and there are a few ways that you can try to thicken up the hair that you have while you are shedding about 100 hairs a day. One thing that you can do is your diet, eat a very well rounded, have a very well rounded diet, have a lot of greenery because they are filled with nutrients that your body needs and your hair needs in order to grow healthy, spinach, kale, things like that will help you get a little bit more nutrients into your diet. Also multivitamins are really great in order to try to get your hair to grow a little bit healthier. Sometimes when your hair is thinning it has more of an internal factor than it does an external factor. There is another way that you can do more topically and try to help your hair and that is with one of the home rejuvenation kits which will actually help more hair grow. One that I actually thoroughly enjoy is called Nioxin and has a shampoo, conditioner, and a scalp treatment and you can pick it up at any beauty supply store. Nioxin actually stimulates the scalp and helps more pieces of hair grow out of one hair follicle. Other things that you can use are tea tree shampoo, anything that will have more of a cooling sensation, stimulate circulation to your scalp and then try to add a little bit more of a scalp massage in order to create more stimulation and circulation. Unfortunately very fine hair is very hard to thicken. You can actually get products that are designed to thicken up finer hair so that way the appearance of each strand is a little bit more voluminous and that is how to make hair thicker."
