"Hi my name is Lauren and I'm just here to give you a few tips on how to make your hair grow longer. A great way to make your hair grow longer is to actually nourish your hair internally and to give it the vitamins and nutrients it needs in order to grow healthy and to grow longer. On average people grow anywhere from a quarter of an inch to a half inch a month. If you would like to stimulate a little more growth you would want to take B vitamins. B vitamins are essential to hair growth. You can use things such as Biotin, B 12, B 3 which is Niacin. You can get most of these from your multivitamin and that will help your hair grow a little bit longer because you would be feeding it with nutrients that it needs. Vitamin C is also a great thing either to ingest or through food supplement because Vitamin C stimulates the hair follicle which will actually help your hair grow faster. Vitamin E as well. It promotes circulation which helps your blood go a little bit more quicker to your head plus a little bit more thorough. Another great way to promote circulation is to do scalp massages. Scalp massage as you are shampooing and you can just kind of really pay attention to your actual, to what you are doing and really go in there and massage your scalp. The increased blood circulation will help your body bring more nutrients to the papilla which is what is at the base of your hair follicle which actually feeds your hair. So that will make your hair grow a little bit longer and these are a few things in order to increase the rate of growth for your hair."
