"Hello my name is Scott and I'm the owner of Climb On indoor rock climbing gym in Wilmington, North Carolina. Today we are going to discuss bouldering a wall. Bouldering along with all the types of climbing is inherently dangerous and can lead to serious injury or death. The first thing you are going to want to do is get proper instruction at your local indoor rock climbing gym. Bouldering is an unroped climb generally under 15 feet high. This is a bouldering wall. Bouldering is generally more powerful moves where climbing, top roping, sport climbing or lead climbing is going to take more endurance. So any time you are practicing bouldering it is going to be shorter and more powerful moves. Again all of these types of rock climbing are going to take proper instruction to begin. This has been bouldering walls."
