"Hello. My name is Scott, and I'm the owner of Climb On indoor rock climbing gym in Wilmington, North Carolina. Today, we're going to discuss training regimens for climbing a mountain. This is no simple task. This is not something to be taken on or taken lightly by an amateur. Through proper instruction at your local indoor rock climbing gym or with your local rock climbing guide, you can begin this task. Some of the things that you'll have to work on will be cardiovascular, leg muscles, upper body strength, climbing technique, knowing how to use a harness, climbing ropes, an the gear that you'll need to climb th mountain. Again, this is no simple task. It can be very dangerous. With proper instruction and a proper guide, you can do this safely and comfortably. The best way to start training is to begin going to your local indoor rock climbing gym to get the proper instruction and the use of the tools and equipment that we would use. Again, this has been training regimen for climbing a mountain."
