"Hello my name is Scott and I'm the owner of Climb On Indoor rock climbing gym in Wilmington, North Carolina. Today we are going to discuss where to find climbing shoes. You can purchase or find climbing shoes at any indoor rock climbing gym. It's very important that you get proper instruction if you are going to use the shoes to go out rock climbing. The proper fit is also important when you talk about rock climbing shoes. There are several type of climbing shoes, Velcros, slippers, lace ups. Depending on the advancement of your climbing will depend on how tight you want your shoe, the type of fit or the type of shoe that you actually purchased. Your local instructor can help you to choose what type of shoe you are going to purchase. Any time that you are going to purchase a piece of climbing equipment including rock climbing shoes, you want to make sure that you get the proper instruction through your indoor rock climbing gym and a qualified professional. Again personal preference is going to come into the play of which shoe that you choose to buy, but try different shoes on, they are not meant to be comfortable, there are more comfortable and less comfortable shoes. Once you break them in they seem to be more comfortable. Again this has been where to find a rock climbing shoe."
