"How is bread made? Well, I don't know about you, but there is nothing better than the taste of home made bread, and it actually is not that hard as people would think. Now the best way to make bread is I'm going to give you this fantastic recipe and so you can try it at home. It calls for three cups lukewarm water, two packages dried yeast, four eggs well beaten, ten cups plain white flour, a half a cup of white sugar, one and a half teaspoons of salt, and one half cup vegetable or olive oil. Also, you can add corn meal or sesame seeds. That's an optional ingredient. Now what you're going to want to do is place the water in a large mixing bowl, and add the sugar, the yeast and the salt. When the mixture has started to bubble, add the eggs, the oil and then gradually add in the flour, mixing well. First you want to use a large metal spoon, and then begin using your fingers to do the kneading. Now you need to mix and knead this really well. And whatever you do, you don't want to add too much flour while kneading because the dough will bind to itself quite well once you get going. Now you're going to want to knead it until it gets smooth and sticky, but not too sticky where it clings to the surface. Then you're going to want to place it in a nice large bowl like this, and put a cover on it, and you're going to want to allow it to rise for two hours, or until it doubles in volume. Then, punch down the dough, and knead lightly. This can be used to make three loaves or buns, and place 'em on a greased, on greased trays dusted with corn meal if desired. And then bake each tray separately at three-hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit, or a hundred-ninety degrees Celsius for twenty-five minutes. When it comes out you're going to enjoy this nice, fresh baked loaf of bread and your family will love you for it. Take a nice knife, with holes in it, and slice away."
