"Let's talk about the difference between Advantage Multi and Revolution for cats. They're two similar products as far as what they end up doing for cats. Advantage Multi is imidicloprid and moxidectin. Revolution is selamectin. And so both of these products are used topically in cats. Always check with your veterinary clinic first as far as products and what is appropriate to put on your cat, first. Because any product that you put on cats for anything can have some side effects and so you want to know what to watch for first. Bot of these products are designed for heart worm prevention in cats, also to kill fleas, also to kill ear mites and also to control round worm and hook worm infestation.
