"Hi, I'm Kelli an aesthetician and makeup artist at Ulta Salon Cosmetics and I'm going to talk to you about some of the best remedies for puffy eyes. Puffy eyes can be caused by many things. They can be caused from lack of sleep, sinus congestion. A couple things that you can do is if you're looking for the more natural approach, just using a cucumber, actually taking a cucumber, slicing off a couple of slices and sitting on them on the eyes until you feel the cooling sensation wearing off. That can have a lot of calming and soothing affects for puffy eyes. Chamomile tea bags. If you take a couple of Chamomile tea bags brew them up and kind of cool them off, you can sit them on there too and that helps with anti-inflammatories around the eye area. There's also a lot of eye balms and that kind of thing on the market that can help with depuffing. So this is a cucumber extract balm. It also has licorice in it which is an anti inflammatory. It also has a brightening effect to it. So you can take a little bit of this on your ring finger, just kind of pat it around. And then you're just going to take your ring finger and you're going to go in a clockwise direction, and this is a lymphatic drainage move that easily helps to stimulate circulation injuring any congestion around the eyes. This is going to help basically drain any fluid and puffiness around the eyes as well. And this is also a pressure point. So if you hold this to you, it'll also kind of drain any congestion. So those are some things that you can do to remedy puffy eyes."
