"Hi, I'm Kelli. I'm an aesthetician and makeup artist at Ulta Salon and Cosmetics, and I'm going to talk to you a little bit about vitamins for a good complexion. One of the best vitamins that you can take for a good complexion are your omegas. Those are your, basically your essential fatty acids. Those help to basically restore your moisture barrier and essential fatty acids to the skin that help to, basically, if you look at the layers of the skin your moisture barrier is your protective layer and prevents your collagen and elastin from breaking down. Vitamin C is a really great vitamin, as well. Vitamin C can do so many great things for the skin, and it stimulates collagen and elastin reproduction. It also helps to basically clarify the skin. It has a lot of lightening properties to it as well. Vitamin A is really great. Retinol is a derivative from vitamin A, and that has really great both exfoliant properties to it, as well as anti-wrinkle properties to it, and it also helps with acne and clearer skin. So, those are some vitamins that are really great for a good healthy complexion."
