"How are you doing there? This is Simon Bingham, we're chilling at No Comply skateboard shop in Austin, Texas, and I'm going to tell you some of the oldest people in skateboarding that are still pro. There's been a big movement of old school pros coming back into skateboarding after the release of the Z-Boys documentary, it just kind of showed all the people of nowadays how good people were back then and those people that kept skating and so that kind of helped them get their own companies once again, just because they were old, so those would be people like Dwayne Peters and Tony Alva actually have pro boards out now and they were skating a long time ago and they're both in their mid-forties. I would say the most legitimate pro still skateboarding is Lance Mallen. I feel like he has the most heart in it and he is around forty-six or forty-seven years old. And he is still fully involved, he's just now on Nike skateboarding shoe companies, this is him right here on the cover of a skateboard magazine today, so that shows you that he is a legitimate pro and close to his fifties and still going at it. And that's the oldest skateboarder that I can say."
