"How are you doing there? I'm Simon Bingham, and this is No Comply Skateboard Shop, and I'm going to tell you a little bit about pro skateboarder salaries. Basically, most pro skateboarders make anywhere from a thousand to five thousand dollars a month, if they're lucky. Theres' a lot of companies out there, so some companies, the companies are just trying to figure it out. They're not even sure how they are going to pay their skateboarders. The ones that actually do get a salary, there's different ways that they make money, from the company. They get a percentage from board sales, with their name on the boards, and then another way, is from photo incentives, when they get pictures, and a skateboard magazine, with the name of the company that they ride for. The company will pay them a certain amount of money, so that's kind of a little way, for them to get bonuses on their salaries, but it's pretty much like any other profession. You get your monthly check, and hopefully it's a big one, and that's salaries for pro skateboarders."
