"Hi, my name is Lauren. I'm here to discuss how to keep your hair straight. For those who have curly hair in order to get your hair straight you usually use some sort of thermal tool. What the thermal tools does is it breaks down the hydrogen bond that helps your hair be curly, and it temporarily changes your hair from curly to straight. Once you've gone through and you've gotten a desired look that you need the best way to keep your hair curly is to prevent any sort of moisture getting into your hair. Curly hair has a very weak bond, and water, it needs water in order to help it strengthen. That's why if you have curly hair, and when you first get out of the shower and your hair is wet your hair seems to be a lot curlier. Your curl kind of falls throughout the day as your hair dries. If it's very humid out in order to keep your hair dry you're going to want to use some sort of a mud, or something with a silicone base in order to coat over your cuticle and prevent your hair, any moisture from getting into your hair. So, after you get the desired look and straighten through you change that hydrogen bond. Put some sort of moldy mud or something else over the hair in order to prevent the hair, the cuticle from opening and grabbing any moisture that could be in the hair. If your hair does grab that moisture your curl or wave will start to pick back up. And that is how to keep hair straight."
