"Hi, my name is Lauren, and today, I'm here to discuss, how to keep your hair clean. Your hair should not be washed on a daily basis, because the oils that your own hair produces, are actually very good for your hair. If your hair is very oily, then you may want to wash it a little bit more frequently, but most people can go from about 2-3 days, before they actually need to wash their hair. Washing the hair is very simple. You can pick up a shampoo. If you feel as if your hair gets very oily, use a clarifying shampoo. It deep cleans a little bit more, and it will strip some more of those natural oils out of your hair. For those who are actually only doing every 2-3 days, but still feel as if they want to revive or refresh, there are different spray shampoos, that you can do. The spray shampoos, you would simply spray on your hair, and it has usually, some sort of cornstarch or powder in it, that will help absorb the oil. You can also use regular baby powder, or cornstarch. If you take a little bit, and sprinkle it out by your root, rub it in really well, and then it will absorb some of the oils, that your own, your sebaceous glands are producing. In order to then get that cornstarch or that baby powder out, you would just use a blow dryer, and blow by your root, in order to remove any remaining powder residue, and that is how to clean your hair."
