"Hi my name is Dave Andrews, today I'm going to show you how to create a password. We are using Microsoft Vista and lets go to our computer. I'm going to do this in the control panel. Basically click on your start button and in the search bar type in control and control panel appears as one of the options that we can launch. Lets click on that and in the classic view, find the option for user accounts. There it is as this little icon of two people here. Double click on that. And one of the options that it gives me when I make changes to my user account is to create a password for your account. Lets just click on that. Now you have the option of typing in your password. You have to type it twice. It's a good idea to use a combination of letters and numbers possibly even throw some kind of symbol in there like a star or an exclamation point. I'm going to type in my password here, type it twice to confirm it. And then I'll click on create password. Now that I have a password associated to my account, when I try to log into this computer as Dave it's going to require that I type in a password. My name is Dave Andrews and I've just showed you how to create a password."
