"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today I'm going to show you how to shop for a laptop. There are several things you need to consider when you're shopping for a laptop. And that is first of all, not all laptops are made the same. They have different sizes, different screen sizes. Different weight, different hardware. So the first thing you have to do is decide first of all, what you want to do with your laptop. Are you going to let it sitting on a desk and consider it what's called a desktop or a placement laptop. Are you going to play games on it? Are you going to do photos and videos on it? This is all going to affect your shopping experience. So I'm going to go to the computer and I'm going to show you a couple of websites you can go to. And how to just sort of, begin your search for a laptop. Let's open up our web browser. I'm going to go to Google here. I'm just going to type in laptops. Now Google returns a lot of results if you just search for laptops. The very first one actually that appeared here was an Apple. Followed by a Sony VAIO. Let's say I'm interested in that Sony. Now what you're going to see here is from Google is the price range. Now notice that this is coming from multiple sellers. And those sellers could be people who are auctioning it all. So if you see a twenty dollar laptop. Chances are, that's going to increase. It's actually an auction and not an actual sale. And what you can do, you can do a searching for reviews. But I found this typically a good idea. If you will just copy and paste. Say this Sony VAIO FZ260EB, if you could just copy that. And then do a Google search for that in particular. Followed by the word reviews. You can find lots of information on the Internet about that particular laptop. People's experiences with it. As well as the specifications of that laptop. My biggest suggestion to you when you're searching for a laptop. Is not just o buy the first one that you see in the store, that looks good. Actually write down the model number of that laptop. Come back and do a little bit of research by searching the Internet for some reviews. My name is Dave Andrews. And I've just showed you how to shop for a laptop."
