Don't get overwhelmed. Yes, you have a crush on this person, but they're just another person you're having a conversation with. The more you can be calm an comfortable around your crush, the more likely you are to sort of start a flirtation process going. Also, don't be afraid to be sort of silly. Be yourself. If you are someone that you're not, in the early stages of a crush with someone, and then all of a sudden, two months later, they find this silly sort of dorky person involved, they're going to be surprised. So make sure to just be confident, be yourself, relax. Things will go much better for you. Also, a, don't be desperate, don't be forceful. A crush or flirtation process is something that should happen very naturally and smoothly. The more you're trying to coheres someone or convince them that you like them, or prove to them that you're worthy, things aren't going to go as you planned.
