"Hi I'm Tim Gipson, I'm going to talk to you about how to restore hardwood floors. Now after a period of time and as hardwood floors get more wear and traffic, then the top surface can become dull. Now to avoid this and to some preventative measures is to make sure you use a cleaner polisher occasionally. So the best way is for is restoring a hardwood floor is take some preventative measures to keep it from wearing too quickly. And now whether it's, whether you're doing this periodically or you've got a floor that is become a little bit worn on the surface, then the easiest thing to do is to take a hardwood floor cleaner polisher combination such as this and all we need is one of these terry cloth applicators like this. And for using this, one of two ways we can do this, we can spray the solution directly on the pad or we can spray it on the floor. And one thing when we're working with this, it's a good idea to work in small 3 foot by 3 foot areas. So once we get this on, then we simply just work it back and forth and what this will do is it will not only clean but remove any embedded dirt that's in the top surface of the hardwood floor but it will also work to polish and to refresh that finish. So this takes a little bit of elbow grease to do when you're working on this. But just by doing that, you can restore very quickly, restore a nice luster finish to your hardwood floors. And that's typically all you have to do as far as taking care of your hardwood floors or renewing the finish. So I'm Tim Gipson with some tips on renewing your hardwood floor finish."
