"Now I'm going to show you how to hold the record. Now, it's very important to hold it correctly while you're cleaning it. But truthfully, it's pretty important to hold the record correctly all the time. Now, this is really so that you have the best opportunity to clean it, but also so you don't get it more dirty than it already is in the first place. The important part is to only touch the seam and the inside. If you're taking it by one hand, the best way is to cup it behind, so you're not touching any of the center on either side of the record. If you want to use two, it's very easy to hold it in two hands. You'll get used to flipping it around, you'll see DJs just flip it out really quick. It's just because you're used to it, and so you really just want to hold it. Put your fingers on the inside here, and this really lets you get around, clean it. Let's say you're right handed like me, it'll let you clean it easily, flip it over. If you touch the inside, you will get fingerprints on it, you'll damage it, you can risk scratching it. This is the way to go."
