"Alright, a crucial step is to make sure that you use the correct cleaning medium. Because if you use the wrong thing, you can damage your records, and certain mediums work better than others for cleaning them. What I use is a actually a cloth diaper. This, I've found really works the best. The important thing is to use a cloth, if you're using cloth, that is lint free. You can, if you use the wrong kind of cloth, you can really scratch your record and you don't want to touch it. It's important it's a cotton based cloth. If you can't find, if you can't find a cotton diaper, then you really can just use a T-Shirt, you can tear up an old shirt and use it. I've found they don't work quite as well, because these are nice and thick. But, in the olden days, people actually bought brushes. Now, I've got an old one here, that these work pretty good also for, for spreading the cleaner, and they made specifically for washing. But, you may or may not be able to get your hands on one of these and even though I've got one of these I still use a cloth diaper."
