"Alright, now I'm going to talk to you about the EQ. So, on each channel you've got its own EQ. It's got its high nob, mid nob, and low nob. Pretty much every mixer is going to have a high, a mid, and a low. Some really lower end mixers are only going to have high and low, but that really slows down what your options are. Now what these do is they cut the frequencies. You got your record playing. You want no high. High is gone. Get rid of the mid. Pump up the low. Bring the high back. Bring back the mid. Get rid. Bring back the low. Now you've got your original mix. You want to cut the, the low all together. You got your cut switch right here. No low. You got some low, no mid. No high. You can do the same thing by quickly turning the nob, but it's just a little smoother when you click the switch."
