DJ Turntable Controls: On-Off & Start-Stop Switch

"Alright, the first thing to learn about how to use a turntable is how to turn it on. Right here is the on and off button, the on and off switch. To turn it on you flip it to the right, to turn it off, flip it to the left. So we are going to throw our turntable on, and when you want to get your turntable spinning, hit the start button. The turntable starts spinning right away, it picks up at the exact speed you want it to. You want it to stop, it's going to stop instantly as you hit the start and stop button. Now, I can show you a couple of little tricks. I'm going to throw a record on the turntable, and so this record is playing, the needle will still pick up, even if you turn off the power. The turntable will stop spinning, but not instantly. To start it up, it will start up at the exact speed you want it. If you want it to stop instantly you hit the stop button, stops instantly. And that's how you use the on and off and start and stop."
