"Hi, I'm Rebecca Guenther, with www.M5A1photography.com, and I'm going to answer the question what is a two shot? A two shot is an image that is used most likely in film and video, but it can also be used in photography. It's to establish the relationship between two people. For example, in an interview there will first be a shot pulled back of the interviewer and the interviewee showing that this person is going to be asking this person questions. It is also used a lot of times in television to show back and forth how two people are communicating and interacting with each other. In photography this is the same thing; however, the establishing shot would probably be the only shot; just showing the two people talking to each other and interacting with each other so that you know that they have a relationship of some sort. And that is what a two shot is."
