And I know it's the classic to get down on one knee with the box but some girls really are picky and they would prefer to pick out their own ring. So it's not a bad idea to propose without the ring and then go together to pick out exactly what you both really like. So find a wonderful romantic moment, you can kind of be more spur of the moment and catch her on surprise more without the ring. So I I think you have to make it a very clear definite proposal if you don't have the rings. So people that have done the sky writing or or on the score board at the game and those kind of things that are very clear marry me moments. Think along those lines. It doesn't have to be that dramatic if you're not that demonstrative but just make it a very clear proposal and I think you'll capture her heart even without the ring. on 5/20/2009 I always thought that the only way was to propose with a ring, I find it interesting that it can be done without one:) But if my boyfriend is going to propose without a ring, it better be a GREAT ring haha...My girlfriends told me about Diamonds Everlasting..www.diamondseverlasting.com and how they help men choose the perfect ring, so if there is that kind of help out there for guys, then i hope he uses it, because what girl doesn't want the perfect engagement ring:)
