"Hello my name is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg in Miami, Florida with Miami Dog Training. In this clip we're going to talk about heaters for doghouses. And it's not so much of a problem that we run into too much down here in Florida, but however we do come across the occasional cold night where the temperatures can get as low as 30 degrees and it's rare but it does happen and for dogs that aren't prepared for that of weather or haven't gradually grown an undercoat for that weather over time, it can be chilly for them and they'll shiver and they'll let you know that they're cold. So heaters for doghouses, they come in different forms. They actually do have little furnaces for some of the larger, actually furnace and AC both, they do have for some of the larger doghouses. But in a case like this where you have like an igloo style house, they may have a heated mat that you would use or they have a heated blanket which plugs in like your standard electric blanket. Once again this is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg with Miami Dog Training."
