"The FL Slayer has its own built in equalizer. This is used for when you want to take the signal and take out certain frequencies so that it fits better in whatever song you're doing. Say that you have a bass playing and you don't want your guitar to have bass. So that the signals don't interfere and create distortion, you will use the equalizer to do this in a comp which is nicely. And I'll show you how that works in the Slayer. Very straight forward, the knobs are low, mid and high. For a low frequency spectrum, the mid frequency spectrum and high frequency spectrum. How high and low they are turns out to mean how much of it is being turned off or on. Just pretty much a volume knob for part of the audio spectrum. If you have the EQ setting on the amp on, this makes it so that it runs to the equalizer first before coming out through it again. If you have any of those setting, it goes through the equalizer after it's already processed so that this is the last bit of processing that occurs. So that you can master it perfectly and how you want to do it in your FL Studio created song. So that you can balance it nicely with the rest of the instrumentation that you've procured and created, throughout the rest of the plug ins or generators or samples that you've used. This is a nifty thing to have since FL even has its own built in equalizer in every channel, to have one in the generator so that you do it there and more cognitively realize what's happening."
