"Another function that TS404 has is labeled PW and PW stands for pulse width. To properly illustrate what this means I'm actually going to directly show you what it does. As with FM PW is located on OSE2 but it is also located in OSE1. PW is on both of these because what PW does is it changes the basic wave formation itself, not even the frequency of speed but just the wave form itself. To illustrate this I'm actually going to bring up paint and draw the wave form in its different pulse width. Now this would be a basic side wave here. This is a crappy drawing but we'll go with it for now. And if I were to change the pulse width what it would do is it would elongate one or two of the hills and make the difference between the two greater. It's still a sign wave but the pulse width is different. That is pretty much what pulse width does and that is what it will do to the sound when you play it yourself using the TS404 or any of the other generators in Fruity Loops that have a pulse width changing module."
