Video Transcript

"Continuing with our Traveling Walk in the L-Shape, this time we're going to add a float to the end of it. So starting out with the right foot, we walk up, step, step, step and we float, like hugging. Imagine yourself like a big helium balloon. Just hug the space, little arch of your back, nice stretch, sensing how the back supports the front. Easy step, touch step, float, remembering to breathe. Good place to inhale is right on that when you're floating. Big inhale, filling yourself up with air. Haah! Haah! Yeah, really letting yourself be relaxed as you walk, sensing how the back supports the front, how your feet support you from underneath, how the air supports you all around you. That's the L-Shape, the Hug."
