Video Transcript

"In putting it all together of with Nia, we're continuing with the traveling walk, and the cha cha, and this time we're going to add a little bit of hand movement, hand directional movement. So as we come to the front, we palm out and as we come to the back we plant the ball of the foot and the hands. And cha cha cha. So hands out, and plant the ball of the foot to rear. You’re playing a little bit with the agility mobility of your elbow, and the ground it. So you're inviting it in, and you ground it. Cha cha cha. Remembering to breathe as you do this, reach out and look down as you ground it, plant it. Reach out and invite it in, plant it. Reach out, invite it in, palm up, palm down. Palm up, there's a little bit of space between your fingers. Sense the space between your fingers. Palm out, palm down."
