Video Transcript

"Continuing with Nia and putting it altogether. We're going to take the traveling walk cha cha and add some hand movements to it. So, the traveling walk as a reminder is just front, back, back, bow stance, front, front, so adding in the cha cha, we step to the back, we add the cha cha. And, then when you're really comfortable in the feet, feel free to add the arm movements. And, we lift up, and we lift out horizontal. So, we have a big V, and we have a horizontal line. So, you can consider it like, touch the sky, and then you have a little fire, so you feel the stop there. Lift the sky, and then bow stance as you plug it in and have a little fire through your fingertips. Finding flow and fire. Really feeling that upward lift, here in the core up, you can look up and then look straight ahead, and look up, sensing that space under your jaw as you look up, that nice stretch up. Traveling walk, cha cha, and a few arm movements."
