"Now that we have discussed the basics of the program in general all of the different peripherals and environments that you can do to create your music we'll talk about a specific one right now called sequencing. Sequencing sounds pretty straight forward; as in the act of using the sequencer. That's pretty much just because what's was; that's just what it is. Sequencing is as old as the first synthesizers ever made and it still carries on today as the primary method of creating electronic music and drum beats. Using the sequencer you can just very simply put in the beats, as we've shown before and wow you're a sequencer; congratulations. This here is a pretty simple drum beat. It's a sequenced beat. You can do the patterns, you can put in the plays, put the baseline, render it out print effects, do whatever you want to it, but the concept is still there as being sequencing. Anyone really can do that. I mean, when I first learned how to use the program all the teacher did was put down the four beats and I kind of just went with it. But, sequencing is just well known as being what it is."
