"Hi, this is Keith Fitzpatrick with hip hop warm up moves and we're going to do another variation of our leg stretch. So, again, as I've said in the other clips, before you start dancing, it's really important that you stretch and really stretch very well. You don't want to half stretch. You want to make sure you hit everything really well so that you can keep from catching cramps and hurting your muscles. So, in this stretch, we're just going to dip all the way down here and we're going to keep this part of our foot as flat as you can, stretching everything out, trying to keep up as far as possible. Keep everything open. Now you're going to roll on to the heel of this foot. Roll it up, roll it up and try to push as far as you can. If you want to reach, you're just going to continue to stretch here, stretch here also. But reach for it, reach for it and keep this toe as planted as possible. You want to roll it back down. We'll come up here. We'll switch sides. We're stretching out this leg keep that as flat as possible. Roll that heel up and just reach for it. Try to get as far as you can comfortably. You're still going to reach or stretch out here and back here too. Just try to keep that as low as you can and stretch as far as you can comfortably without hurting yourself. But again, before you start dancing, always make sure that you do a really good stretch. Then bring it up. And that's another nice leg stretch for our hip hop."
