"Hi I'm Keith Fitzpatrick with Hip Hop Warm Up Moves and we are going to do another variation of a leg stretch. So again before we start dancing it is very important that you stretch. Stretch your legs, stretch your arms, stretch everything because if you don't you will probably catch a cramp. So this stretch that we're going to do, we're going to come down on to our knee. We're going to stretch down on to our left leg with our left heel and our toe pointed up and you just want to keep this part of your body straight and just start pushing down as far as you can. If you can't get all the way down that is good, that's fine just push as far down as you can, keeping everything straight and your heel and your toe pointed upwards and your head down and just try to sink as far into it as you can. Dip down, try to stretch forward if you want to stretch for your toe that's fine or you just keep your hands here but just make sure that you keep everything straight. Try to keep your leg as straight as possible, your toe pointed as far up as possible and that will give you a nice stretch to this part of your leg here and a nice stretch in this part of your back also. Just try to keep everything as far forward as possible then we'll switch. You'll come out here, keep your toe pointed up, keep your hands down, try to keep your head down. Try to get as far forward as possible without being too uncomfortable but it's a good stretch for this part of your leg again and your back. Just keep it down, keep your head down and alright, we'll come out of that, you'll come up. That's a nice way to stretch out your legs for anything else you are going to be doing in your hip hop."
