Hi, this is Keith Fitzpatrick with Hip Hop warm up moves and we're going to do a leg stretch. With this stretch, it's really important that before you start dancing, in any style of dancing, especially with Hip Hop, you want to make sure you do a really good stretch on all of your body, especially your legs. With this stretch we're going to distribute all of our weight, try to distribute it evenly. We're going to put our knee here and keep your body up, get your right leg back, as far as you can and dip, way into that lunge. Keep your weight distributed evenly, do not rock over this way or rock over that this way. Keep everything up, that way you'll stretch out the hamstring here and your legs here. You just want to dip a little bit. I usually have the music going and we'll dip down, as we stay in that stretch. We'll just stay right into it, don't move. Keep your back straight, keep everything even. Don't wobble, that way or this way, keep everything all the way back. Then you can just come up, switch legs, put your right leg in front and dip back down. Keep everything all the way up, keep everything even, it'll give you a nice stretch, this part of your leg and this part of your leg. And that's one of our leg stretches.
