"Hi I'm Keith Fitzpatrick with Hip Hop Warm Up Moves and we're going to work on our hip rolls. So this is going to be a nice way to just warm us up from here down to get ready for anything more difficult that comes along. So how we are going to start is we're just going to roll our hip that way. We're going to start it to the right and step out. You can do it the other way, to the left and step out. Actually you are going to go one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. From there we're going to do another one, we'll just dip down and go to our toes, we'll dip down this way to our right toe. We'll dip down this way, go to our toe, we'll dip down that way and go to our toe and each time we do this, for each one we do you want to make sure you are using all of your hip roll, you want to come all the way around and go down. Here and down and down and down then from there you want to take this leg, shoot it out and roll that hip all the way around and all the way around again and then go to your other side. You'll roll it out, out, out, out. So we'll put it altogether and you're going one, two, three, four, five, six, seven drop, down here, down, here, down, here, down, here. We're shooting out, out, out, out, last one, you're going here, here, here, here. It's a nice way to get your mid-section of your hips and your legs ready for anything else in your hip hop."
