Hip-Hop Dance Warm-Ups: Dip It Downs

"Hi, this is Keith Fitzpatrick with hip hop warm up moves. This is one I'm going to call the dip it down. So with this move, this is what I do for my warm ups also. It's just a nice little hip hop move to kind of warm us up and get us ready for anything that's going to be a little bit more difficult as we go. All it's going to consist of is us just stepping out with our left foot we're going to step and we're going to drop O.K. So you're going to go step drop, step drop. Alright so that's what I call dipping down cause you're here and you're just going to dip down, you're going to come here and you're going to dip down. Alright so when we do that we're going left, here, here, here. Then we'll step we're lowering twice and twice. So make sure you kind of get that motion into your body as you do it, boom. Really bend your knees, drop your arm each time, boom, boom. Alright, so we're going to step here, and drop, here and drop. And keep your arm muscles contracted, keep your biceps contracted. Boom, here, here, here, here, here, drop, drop. It's going be another warm up exercise for your hip hop moves."
