"Hi, I'm Keith Fitzpatrick with hip hop warm up moves. This one's what I call reaching. So with this one, it's really like the old throwback Michael Jackson Beat It dance. But it's really good for kind of stretching you out around in here, stretching your arms really well. So what we're going to do is you're going to step onto your left toe here and you're going to step out on your right foot. Then you're going to switch to your right toe and here, alright? So it's going to be your left toe and stepping it out and your right toe and stepping it out. That's your leg movements. And here and here. And here and here. So what we're going to add to that is our arm movements. When we step with our left toe, and here, we're going to reach up. OK? So it's going to go, and here and here. Alright? So what we can do with that, we can start here at center with no movement. We'll start with our right arm. We'll go, one, two, three, four. Then we'll switch it out. And here, and here and here, and here. Now each time we do that one, and we also do the arms and feet, you really want to reach with that to really get that warm up. So we'll start again, we're going here, here, here, here, and reach, reach, reach, reach. It's going to be a nice warm up to get you ready for your hip hop moves."
