Hi, I'm Keith Fitzpatrick with hip hop warm up moves. We're going to do some arm pops. So with this, what we're going to do is we're going to pop our arm upward and we're also going to add a little plie or knee bend at the end of each series. So what we're going to do is we're going to start popping our arm up. Boom. You know, squeeze as you come up, squeeze your bicep here, squeeze it really hard. Keep your hand open and squeeze your bicep muscle here - boom - and your shoulder. So you want to come up, one, two, three. When we get to the third one, we're going to just roll down into plie. Our hand will drop, it's going to stay flat-footed, bend our knees here. Okay? So when you do that, it's going to come up, two, three, plie. We come right back up, pop, two, three and plie again. Alright? Do the same thing with our left hand. We're going to go, up, two, three and drop. Up, two, three and drop. The main thing to remember is to keep your hand open and squeeze your bicep muscle and your shoulder muscles for each hand. So last time, we're going to come up. One, two, three, drop, up, two, three, drop. That's a nice arm warm up for your hip hop moves.
