Hi, this is Keith Fitzpatrick and this is hip hop warm up moves and we're going to do some arm rolls. Okay? So what we'll do in this section is, it's going to be way for us to kind of warm our arms up in preparation for what we'll be doing in our hip hop movements. So what we're going to do is, we'll start with our right arm and we're going to start rolling it up from our shoulder, letting our elbow come up and this arm come up and let it end all the way out there. What we're going to add to that is, we're going to lean forward on our right leg. We'll put all our weight on our right leg and lean forward that way. So, together as we come out, we're going to roll here and then we're just going to bring it back to center. We'll come all the way out again, we'll bring it back to center. One more time, out and back, out and back. We'll do the same thing with the left hand. We're going out and back, just make it really flowy, out and back. One more time, we're going out and back and out and back. Now, we'll put that together. We just want to make sure that we're going all the up and down on each arm. So we're coming out here, out, switch, out here, out here. That's a nice arm warm up for your hip hop.
