Hi, I'm Keith Fitzpatrick and this is hip hop moves for our shoulders. So what we're going to do here is we're going to do a series of shoulder movements that are going to help us warm up for our hip hop. So we'll start by taking our shoulders and rolling the forward, one, there and just keep rolling them that way, go back, up and forward, and back, up, and forward, back, up, forward. Now we do the same thing but we just go in reverse. We go forward, up, and back, forward, up and back, forward, up, back. Now we are going to do the same thing but we are just going to isolate each individual shoulder. The first one we will start with our right, we are going to go forward and back and we're just going to lean into that as we do that. Then we'll do the same thing with this one, we will go around backwards and lean into it. Same thing again, we're going here and coming back, we're going here and coming back. Alright one more time, we'll go here and here, that's going to kind of run together. Then we'll do the same thing the other way, we'll go here, back to center and here, and back to center. So going over all that again, we're going forward, forward, we're going back, we're going back, now we're going right, we're going left and then we're going to go right and we're going to go left, just put those in unison and that will be a nice warm up for your shoulders.
