Hi. This is Keith Fitzpatrick and this is hip hop warm up moves. So, what we're going to start with are neck rolls. We're going to start here and work our way down. So, with the neck you'll maybe want to start going here, instead of going down, pop back up, you'll go back and bring it back down. As we do that you'll kind of want to do like a little pop just get back in place. So, you'll go here and pop and up and pop. Then we'll go to our right. We'll go right and back. We'll go here and back. Then we'll put that all together. One more time we'll go right, here, bring it back, boom, we'll go here, bring it back, boom. So, from the top we'll start down, here, bring it up, back, down, we're going right, here, left, here. Between each one you maybe want to put a little pop in there; just a little shoulder pop or a chest pop. To kind of let you know you’re done; boom, alright. So, we'll put it together real quick. We're going here and up and back and pop and right and pop and left and pop. Each time I'm do that I have been doing a little stairs step with my feet. So, last time we'll go here and pop and back and pop and right and pop and left and pop. These are warm up moves for your neck.
