"Okay, what we have to do at this point is we have to choose to get out of our own way. Because we have just started setting some goals, which we are going to talk a little bit more about in a minute. But we have started taking a look at what we want. What is going to be successful, what is going to improve us. Well, what is the major thing that is going to keep you from getting to that number seven, or getting to that number nine, or getting to that number ten in ninety days? What is going to keep you from getting there is you, and you telling yourself that you can't do it, you telling yourself that it is not worth it, you telling yourself that you are not successful, will never be successful, and that you are a failure. So, in order to get to that number nine or that number ten in ninety days, we are going to have to start doing something called self encouragement. Now what I want you to do, and I have mine drawn in a bubble; this is my self encouragement bubble. You don't have to put yours in a bubble. But what I want you to do is write down "my self encouragement." And how would you do that? What would that sound like? What would that look like? What would you say to yourself, no matter how silly you think it is, to encourage yourself? I can improve my financial stability. I can workout once a week. I can... whatever it is that you want to tell yourself that you can do, so that when those voices in your head start up with "you can't do that; you'll never do that," you are armed and ready with "yes I can do this; yes I can do that." Whatever it is that you want to tell yourself. So write that down."
