"Alright the first thing that we have to do is be aware of our perceptions and what I'm talking about being aware, I'm talking about even recognize that you feel a certain way about something or not a, or how you feel about it and this is where we take a look at, how does your mood affect how you feel about something. Being aware of when you're hungry the whole world is, you hate the whole world or if you're having a bad day, things like that. Being aware of how you're moods affect your perceptions as well as bias's and how they effect your perception. You know, was your ex-husband blond and he cheated on you. So every time you see a blond man you automatically assume that he's a cheater, that's a bias. That's a, creating a certain set of feelings, a certain perception about an individual based on past experience that has nothing to do with that individual. So the first thing that we want to take a look at; what are your bias's? Do you have automatic negative feelings about a certain group of people, or a certain type of person, or a certain concept or idea before you ever even decide the truth about it."
