"Hi, I'm Keith Fitzpatrick, this is hip hop moves for men, and this is something I call the push back. So, when we start this, we are going to act as if we're pushing backwards against something, you'll be here. Okay, so you'll start with your right hand, we'll push here, then we're going to switch to our left hand and left foot, you'll push back, then we're going to step out from there; we'll be here, here, you'll step it out and kind of melt back, like you're like, all the way back, okay. So again, it's going to go, here, here, all the way back; and that last one is kind of real smooth, you open it up like really smooth. So again, you're here, you're going, 1,2,3. Okay, lets do that to tempo, it's going to look like this, you'll be right here; alright, real smooth at the end, okay; one more time, you're here, step, step, open up; and try to get as low as you can on that last one, make it real open. Okay, one more time, you're here, alright. And there you go, that's your push back."
