"Hi, I'm Keith Fitzpatrick. This is Hip Hop Moves for Men. We're going to go over something I call "The Meltdown." All Right, so we went over melting earlier in one of the other clips. With this one, we're actually going to melt down, but we are actually going to fling out to the side as we melt too. So, when it starts out, we're going to come down and drop. So, you'll be here. You'll come down, you'll melt here, then we're going to melt out to the side ways, all right? And then, we'll melt the other way. So, you'll come here, you'll melt, boom. Come here as you melt. Come back, step the other way. So it's almost just like you're fluid. You're melting down each time here, you'll come back, melt again and slide that way. Okay? So what you really want to do is make sure that it is very, very fluid; that you melt slowly each time and then explode out. Come back, boom. Come back out. Okay? So the real thing to getting that to look good is to melt all the way down, boom. Keep it moving each time. You'll shoot out. You'll come back down. Shoot back out. Okay? So, if we do that to tempo, it's going to look like: Boom, here. Meltdown, boom, here. All right? So make sure you keep everything real fluid and get as low as you can. You're starting here. You're melting all the way down (exhaling breath), sliding out, and keep that same row each time as you're sliding out. Here. Here. Here. Here, come back. There's your meltdown."
