Hi I'm Keith Fitzpatrick, this is hip hop moves for men, and we're going to go over a hip roll. Alright, with this one, I kind of usually do it when I, usually in a choreograph piece, I usually kind of do two of them. The first one, you're going to kind of drop here, you'll start with your knees, you'll bend down but your hips will roll around that way. So you'll drop and you'll roll, then you'll do a quick change, right left, and you'll do it again. Alright, so make sure when you do that you have to look really, really, cool when you do it. Have to make it real smooth, and you kind of shoot your hip to the right, boom. Alright, this is one the girls all like to see a guy do. If you can do this, the girls are like "woo". Alright, so, start here, but make sure you get low as you can, see I always want to see you get low when you hit that move. Alright? So you'll come down, you're low, stop, and change. But its' not really change it's more like a stutter step. You're here, step, step, and then you hit another roll. Ok.? So when you hit that, you'll be here, boom, boom, here, step, step, and hit one more time, o.k. So, let's bring it all together real fast. You'll be boom, ta, ta, whoof, and there's another one o.k. So make sure you get low, and roll all the way around, roll, change, change, do another roll. Ok.? Do that, and I'll guarantee the girls will like it. Alright? That's your hip roll.
