Combination number two. I am going to show you how to combine two moves in this. And, we are going to figure out how to transition from one move to the other. What we are going to do is a Hip Figure Eight with just your hip. Transition that into a Camel. So again, stand to the side. Standing leg in the back is the same arm that is up. Leg in front of you. And, we are going to make an eight with the hip. Four, five, six, seven, eight. What we are going to do is we are going to bring the arm up. Down, I am sorry. And, we are going to step on the right foot and we are going to Camel. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And, what we are going to do, is we are going to step back on that left foot. Right foot is still right in front of you. Left arm comes up. And, we are going to one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. The transition again. You are going to step up on the right foot, going into a chest lift at the same time. And, lift for the Camel. Lift. Holding the arms behind you. Five, six, seven, eight. Left foot is still behind you. Drop down on it. Bring the left arm up and figure eight. Four, five, six, seven, eight. And, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
