The next thing I am going to show you is called the vertical chest figure eight. It is like the other one that we were drawing it flat on the ground, but this time we are going to be drawing it as if there was a wall here. So, we are going to draw an eight just like this. So, you want to be in neutral. Proper positioning. Tucked under. We are going to lift over to the side. Over to the side push it. Drop. Bring it up to neutral. Lift. Over to the side. Down. Around. Back to neutral. Lift. Over to the side. Drop. Back to neutral. Lift. Over to the side. Drop. Make sure when you are dropping you are not hunching over. Drop, and back to neutral. We are going to try smoothing this out. Over to the side, and over to the side. Over to the side, and over to the side. This is your vertical chest figure eight. And, lift. Lift. Lift.
