"The next thing I am going to show you is called the Chest Figure Eight - Horizontal. What you want to do is make sure you are in proper position. And, what we are going to do is we are going to draw a flat figure eight. Almost like you are drawing a figure eight with your chest on the floor. So, what you want to do is you want to be in neutral position. Make sure that chest is still lifted. You are going to bring your chest forward. Make sure you are leading with the chest and not with the shoulder. You are going to push out and around to the side. Around back. Slide it back to neutral, and then this side. Push it out. Around to the side. Watching those shoulders. Do not lift with the shoulder. Around to the back, and bring it neutral. Again, it is like we are drawing a figure eight on the floor. Push it out. Out to the side. Back. Now, you are going to slide it across. Over. Around to the back. Slide it neutral. Bring it forward. Again, watch your bottom half. Make sure it is staying still. And, we are going to smooth this out just a little bit. And, figure eight. Keeping it flat. Make sure you are not getting any lift here in the front. You do not want to be doing this. And lift. You want to keep it flat. Around. Around. Around. And, around. This is your Horizontal Chest Figure Eight."
