The thing I'm going to show you is called the camel. It is a traveling move, but it can be done in place, but it's usually used more for traveling. The camel is a combination of the upper and the lower undulation. Okay, you want to make sure you're in proper stance to do this one. What you want to do is you want to do an upper undulation. Again, just work on the upper undulation and lower. Lower, lower, upper, upper, lower, lower. So when you put them together, one at a time, to get a camel. And usually, I do this on my toes. Some people do it flat-footed. I prefer to do it on my toes. So you're going to scoop with the chest, scoop with the bottom, scoop with the chest and then to the bottom. Scoop with the chest, bottom, upper, lower, upper, lower, upper, lower. As soon as you stop the upper, it goes right into the lower. So upper, transition to lower, upper, lower, upper, lower. And for this, you can keep your arms back behind you showing off your full body. And camel, lift, lift, lift, lift and then circle and lift, lift, lift, lift. That's your camel.
